Terms
This website is a pre-launch site. It tells you what Racket Racket is, lets you play sounds, and lets you join a list so we can tell you when the Kickstarter goes live. You can’t buy anything here and there are no accounts. So these terms are short.
Last updated: 12 September 2026.
Who you’re dealing with
Racket Racket Corporation SA, Geneva, Switzerland. Contact: ding.dong@racket-racket.com.
By using this site, you agree to what’s below. If you don’t, please don’t use it.
What you may do
Browse it. Play every sound on it. Show it to people. Link to it from anywhere. Quote a line of it in a post or an article. Screenshot it.
What you may not do
- Take the sounds. Every sound on this site is licensed to Racket Racket Corporation SA for this site and our campaign. They are not ours to give away: no downloading, re-uploading, sampling, sound packs, remixes, or use in your own products, videos, or apps without written permission. Ask us — we’re friendly — but ask first.
- Take the artwork, logo, typefaces, or copy and use them as your own, or in any way that suggests Racket Racket made, endorsed, or sponsored your thing.
- Scrape or hammer the site, break into it, work around its security, or try to get at data that isn’t yours.
- Sign others up to the list. Only enter an email address you control.
Sounds and your ears
This site plays sound. You control it: there’s a mute toggle in the bottom-left corner, and nothing plays until you interact with the page. Sounds are mixed at a sane level, but please turn your volume down before you start clicking — we made a toy that is supposed to be loud, and we’d rather you enjoyed it than regretted it.
The list, and the emails
Joining the launch list is free and optional. It uses double opt-in: you get one confirmation email, and you’re only added if you click the link. Every email has an unsubscribe link and we’ll take you off the moment you use it. We only email you about Racket Racket. See the privacy policy for what we do with your address.
What we’re not promising
- Product details can change. Everything here about the product — how it looks, what it does, what’s in the box, what it costs, when it ships — is where things stand today, not a guarantee. The design is still moving, and the imagery on this site shows work in progress.
- There is no campaign yet. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a pre-order, or a contract. When the Kickstarter opens, it will have its own terms and Kickstarter’s rules will apply to it.
- The site is provided “as is.” We try to keep it up and correct, but we don’t promise it will always be available, bug-free, or accurate, and we’re not liable for loss arising from using it, to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing here limits rights you have that can’t be limited — including your statutory consumer rights.
Other people’s sites
We link out — to Kickstarter, to Instagram, to others. We don’t run those places and aren’t responsible for what’s on them.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above says when we last did. Carrying on using the site after a change means you accept it.
Law
Swiss law governs these terms, and the courts of Geneva, Switzerland have jurisdiction — except where consumer protection law in your own country gives you the right to bring a claim there instead.
