Privacy
The short version: we ask for your email so we can tell you when the Kickstarter goes live. We don’t sell it, we don’t share it for anyone else’s marketing, and you can leave whenever you like. Analytics only run if you say yes.

Who we are
Racket Racket Corporation SA, Geneva, Switzerland — the controller of the personal data described here.
Questions, requests, complaints: ding.dong@racket-racket.com.
What we collect, and why
The launch list (only if you sign up)
If you enter your email address in a sign-up form, we store your email address and the date you confirmed it.
- We use double opt-in: after you submit, we email you a confirmation link. Your address is only added to the list when you click it. If you never click, it is discarded.
- We use it for one thing: telling you about the Kickstarter launch and news directly about it.
- Legal basis: your consent.
- How long: until you unsubscribe, or until two years after the campaign ends, whichever comes first.
- The list runs on listmonk, self-hosted on our own infrastructure.
- Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email us.
- Please don’t sign up if you’re under 16. Racket Racket is made for kids, but this list is for the grown-ups who buy things.
Analytics (only if you accept)
We ask before running any analytics. Until you choose “Sounds good”, no analytics script loads and no analytics cookie is set.
If you accept, we load:
- Google Analytics 4 (
G-JVD2QEGGXB) — which pages get visited, roughly where visitors come from, and what they click. - Meta Pixel (
2064491920653963) — whether an ad on Instagram or Facebook led to a visit or a sign-up, so we don’t waste money on ads nobody wants.
Both set their own cookies and receive your IP address and browser details. Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which resets the banner.
Things stored on your device (not sent anywhere)
rr-consent— your answer to the cookie banner, so we stop asking.rr-muted— whether you muted the site’s sounds.
These live in your browser’s local storage. We never receive them.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, time, page, browser) for security and troubleshooting. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site up and unabused.
What we never do
- Sell your data.
- Share your email with other companies for their marketing.
- Email you about anything other than Racket Racket.
- Set advertising or analytics cookies before you say yes.
Who else sees your data
- Google (analytics) and Meta (advertising measurement), if you accepted analytics. Both process data in the United States under the European Commission’s adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses.
- Our hosting provider, which serves the pages and keeps the logs.
- Anyone we’re legally required to tell, which has never happened.
Your rights
Under Swiss data protection law and the GDPR you can ask us to: see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, export it, restrict or object to how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time.
Email ding.dong@racket-racket.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. We won’t make you justify the request.
If you think we’ve handled your data badly, you can complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or to your local supervisory authority if you’re in the EU or UK.
Changes
If we change this policy we’ll update the date above. If the change is significant and you’re on the launch list, we’ll email you about it.
